How can i purchase from Vicirello ?

At you can shop online anytime and with one click the products will be at your doorstep! The process is simple and fun so sit back and enjoy it.

Use the main menu categories to navigate our site and find what you are looking for.

You can select something specific either from the subcategories in the menu or from the categories on the product display page.

If you are interested in seeing what’s new, simply select the category “NEW IN”
After finding what you were looking for, on the product page, select a color and size and click on ADD TO CART.

Payment Process

Step 1:
When you’re done shopping, click on the SHOPPING CART on the top right of the page and check out the products you have added in color, number and quantity. Here, you can also change the quantity of a product or delete a product from your shopping cart. After checking the products in the shopping cart click on BUY COMPLETION (in the gray button on the bottom right).

Step 2:
If you are already a member you will be prompted to sign in to your account or you will need to register at our online store and then complete your purchase. Alternatively, you can complete your purchases as a simple visitor.

Step 3:
After you sign in to your account, you will see the billing and delivery information you provided. If you want the products to be shipped to another address you simply select it.

Step 4:
Then choose the method of payment (cash or card). Contact us for a bank deposit. Finally, click BUY COMPLETE.

Changes and Returns

Changes and refunds are made within 14 business days of receipt with your receipt and ELTA COURIER Door-Door.

If you make a return with any other courier company you are at your own risk and charge.
In the event of a company failing to ship the product or receiving a defective product, shipping costs are borne entirely by the company.

First fill out the return form inside your order to let us know the reasons for the return and how you would like us to serve you. Then, enclose the form and purchase receipt in the parcel you will return to us. Changes are made by the “hand in hand” procedure with the necessary condition of the photo of the jewelry and our approval.

To send us the parcel exclusively with ELTA courier door to door, costs are charged to us, while shipping costs are 3 €.
Tip: Our photos are real and copyrighted.

* Once you have completed the above, you send the product (in its original state) you wish to change or return with this change form to
shipping address within 14 days with ELTA COURIER DOOR DOOR. A NECESSARY CONDITION to enclose the form you will receive with the purchase receipt in the parcel you will return to us.

* In case of refund, the shipping cost to send the parcel to us by courier is charged at your own expense. In case you wish to make a refund, please indicate on the refund form that you wish to be refunded to one of the affiliated banks (Eurobank, Piraeus Bank) and indicate the bank, beneficiary name and account number (IBAN) in which you want to make a deposit. The refund will be refunded within the next 2 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. In case of deposit in a different bank, the remittance will be borne by the Beneficiary (Client) and not the Depositor (

* Returns of custom made products are not accepted. Our company, upon receipt of the product, and if all the following conditions are fulfilled, will immediately change-replace (subject to availability) and ship the new product. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in the original quality state with the labels on it. It should not be worn (except for the test), washed, ironed or subjected to any other cleaning process. The responsibility for returning the products is solely yours and you should ensure its safe transportation and ensure that the product is well packed.

What do i need to do online shopping ?

All you need is a computer with internet access. You don’t need a credit card to make a purchase! You can pay by cash, that means to pay by Cash on Delivery.

Payment Methods

Vicirello enables you to pay your order with the easiest and simplest way to pay cash back:

  • Delivery – payment upon receipt of order.
When the courier officer arrives at your place to deliver the parcel, you pay in cash the value of your order.
    Shipping cost by cash on delivery to Greece 3 €. Shipping costs without payment 2 € for Greece.
  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer

To complete your order through a bank account, you will need to deposit the entire amount of your order within 2 days of the order being posted. Beyond this limit the order will be canceled and no order will be executed.

It is important in the deposition that you make a statement that the name given on your order or your order code appears. Otherwise you should email us at [email protected] and give us the name from which the deposit will be made.

All transactions are governed by international and European law regulating matters related to e-commerce as well as consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994) regulating matters related to distance selling.

How safe are my personal data?

In order to carry out any transaction through our branded online store and place product orders, you will be required to disclose some of your personal information. When you reach the order stage, we will ask for your full name, the address where the products will be shipped, your mobile or landline number, and your email address.
The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor / user of our website is governed by these Terms of Use, as set forth in Greek Law (Law 2472/1997, as well as the Regulatory provisions) and its Decisions, Instructions and Regulations Personal Data Protection Authority for the purpose of carrying out the customer’s order and will in no way be disclosed, publicized or sold to third parties unless the procedure set out in the law for the removal of confidentiality is initiated. U (N. 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

Photographers as original works of spirit in accordance with Article 2 § 1 of the Berne-Paris International Convention, Article 2 § 1 of Law 2121/1993, as currently in force and Directive 93/98 EC, have agreed to be transferred automatically. (according to article 32 § 2 of Law 2121/93, as in force today) to the respective company (vicirello) the property right and all their powers thereon in relation to any photograph they will create and have accepted that the company (vicirello) will take full advantage of these projects without limits and the rights to modify, reproduce, integrate and reproduce for the entire duration (Article 9 of the WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property Ratified by Greece under Law 3184/2003 – FEKA ‘228 / 26.09.2003, 12 of TRIPS Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights in Trade, ratified by Greece with Law 2290/1995 [Government Gazette A ’28] and Article 6 of Directive 93/98.


How can I be sure that my order has been successfully completed?

Once you have completed your order, the message “Your order is completed” will appear on the page. You will then be e-mailed with the details of your order confirming that your order has been registered and has reached us.


Before you can receive your order confirmation mail you will need to register your mail in lowercase, not uppercase!

How can i track my order ?

Upon completion of your order you will receive an informational email confirming that your order has been registered and has reached us.

Once the parcel has a shipment number and is delivered to the courier company you will be e-mailed with the order shipment!

Where can I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered to the address you have stated during the order process.
All deliveries are from 9am to 7pm.

In case you are absent the courier service will leave you a note as it will contact you by phone to find you to deliver your order.

If you work and do not have someone to pick up your order at home, we advise you to declare your work address as the parcel shipment, as the order, as mentioned, can be delivered from 9am to 7pm, possibly to be absent!

To facilitate receipt, it is advisable to include your mobile phone number in the contact details.
